Made with sourdough from organic farming, 100×100 natural ingredients and a purely artisanal process, this nougat panetone will become the centerpiece of your Christmas table.
Wheat flour, butter, water, egg yolk, sourdough (flour and water), sugar, Jijona nougat (marcona almonds, orange blossom honey, sugar, egg white), white chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, milk powder and soy lecithin), extra virgin olive oil, honey and salt.
Glaze ingredients: sugar, egg white, wheat starch, almond and cocoa.
