Made with sourdough from organic farming, 100×100 natural ingredients and a purely artisanal process, this chocolate panettone will become the centerpiece of your Christmas table.

Ingredients

Flour of wheat, butterwater, water, egg yolk egg, masa madre (harina y agua), piel de naranja confitada (5,8%), azúcar, fructosa, dextrosa, maltosa y ácido cítrico), chocolate (11,5%) (azúcar, pasta de cacao, manteca de cacao y lecitina de soybeans), extra virgin olive oil, honey and salt. Ingredients for the glaze: sugar, egg white, honey and salt. eggstarch, starch wheat, almond and cocoa. Decoration: Pearled sugar.
