Made with sourdough from organic farming, 100×100 natural ingredients and a purely artisanal process, this nougat panetone will become the centerpiece of your Christmas table.

Ingredients

Flour of wheat, butterwater, water, egg yolk egg, masa madre (harina y agua), azúcar, turrón de Jijona (17,3%) (almond 74%, toasted and selected marcona 74%, orange blossom honey 17%, sugar, sugar white egg), white chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, milk lecithin powder and soybeans), extra virgin olive oil, honey and salt. Ingredients for the glaze: sugar, egg white, honey and salt. eggstarch, starch wheat, almond and cocoa.
