No Christmas without turron

#NoChristmasWithoutTurronthat is the truth. Just as there is no Christmas no tree, no carolswithout the Nativity Scene or without colored lights.

We are aware that times have changed and that, unlike our grandmothers who started months before the arrival of the new millennium, we are not able to keep up with the times. Christmas Eve to prepare the christmas holidays (with slaughter included), we live Christmas in a different way.

Tradition dictates that Christmas should be a family time that many took the opportunity to meet again. We imagine that you remember some TV spot in which the reunion was the best.

Now, however, we live Christmas more with friends, we even take advantage of those days to travel, escape from routine and 'flee' to warmer latitudes.

Many of you, I'm sure, can't conceive of Christmas without cold, snow, a smoky fireplace and a reindeer sweater.

But things have changed here too... The only thing that hasn't changed is the nougat. At Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez we follow the tradition and we elaborate our nougat just as our grandparents and our grandparents' grandparents did.
