A luxury gourmet menu by Óscar Velasco

The Spanish Luxury Association-Luxury Spain has presented at the Santceloni Restaurant in Madrid a tasting menu prepared exclusively, based on the products that are part of the Quality Seal "Sello de Calidad".Luxury Spain Gourmet"and designed by chef Óscar Velasco.

All the dishes on the menu were prepared with products from the brands that are part of the "Luxury Spain Gourmet" Quality Seal and, of course, our nougat could not be missed.

The event was attended by the country's main distributors and gourmet stores and left us all with a great taste in our mouths, a magnificent prelude to the Christmas holidays to come.

The Santceloni Restaurantawarded with two Michelin stars y three suns in Guía Repsolis an authentic gastronomic treasure located in the capital with a radiant design by Pascua Ortega, natural light and full of exquisite details, served by a high school service.

For his part, the chef Óscar VelascoHe has worked in restaurants such as Zalacaín, Martín Berasategui and Can Fabes, from where he traveled to Madrid a decade ago to manage Santceloni.
