A gourmet menu of two Michelin stars with nougat by Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez

Our nougat and sweets have been part of the tasting menu Luxury Spain Gourmet, prepared by the prestigious chef with two Michelin stars Paco Roncero, responsible for the kitchen of La Terraza del Casino, one of the finest restaurants in Madrid, which has hosted the presentation of this menu.

Among the delicacies prepared by the chef was, as one of the main dishes, the "Roasted pigeon with Habla del Silencio juice and Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez Jijona nougat shots" and, for dessert, the "Petits Fours (chocolates and different chocolate sensations and Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez)".
