The light changes in spring. It becomes brighter, more cheerful, more colorful. And our moods and preferences also change. Maybe it happens to you as it does to us, and from October onwards, when the autumn starts, the body asks us to pause, to take it easy, to slow down a little, which in terms of flavors translates into chocolates, biscuits and nougat.
