Luxury pairing in FITUR 2020

We have already inaugurated Fitur 2020, the International Fair of Tourism Europe's most important, and we have not done it alone, of course!

Today we have had the privilege of offering visitors to the stand of the Valencian Community a masterclass in the purest Mediterranean pairing.

We assure you that the explosion in your mouth of the flavors of these two pure and centenary products together becomes a a dream for any palate.

Last week we told you that this January we were going to spend part of the month at Madridby the gastro-tourist brand L'Exquisit Mediterranian umbrella that shelters a selection of gourmet products representing all the gastronomic, cultural and historical richness of the region. Valencian Community, with a Protected Designation of Origin or Protected Geographical Indication -such as the Jijona nougat Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez-.

Well, for us it has been an honor to participate today along with Rafael Poveda from MGWines Group in a pairing tasting in which we have been able to highlight the quality and power of the union of nougat and fondillón, a unique wine from the province of Alicante from grapes overripened on the vine of the Monastrell variety, in exceptional conditions.

This sweet alliance has conquered all diners for its strength and purity. When the value of the land is combined with the efforts of the best professionals, the result is a luxury pairing 😍👌.
