This is well known to our friends at Spanish Luxury Association (Luxury Spain)who hold our products in high esteem. That is why we are proud that our turrones were part of the tasting menu organized by the association in the restaurant Zalacaín (Madrid) last May 17th.

The event was attended by the main Spanish gastronomy firms, from distributors and stores to the specialized gourmet press. It also highlighted the presence of great personalities such as the princess Béatrice d'Orléans, pHonorary Resident and founder of the Spanish Luxury Association.

A menu led by a prestigious chef

Íñigo Pérez "Urrechu". was the chef in charge of designing this gastronomic proposal that delighted all diners. This renowned professional chef began his career back in the 80's under the guidance of the very same Martín Berasategui. From this popular chef from San Sebastian he learned, among other things, to feel what is the real passion for cooking and gastronomy at the service of each dish.
