We are opening!!! We have just released a new new section on our website web. We have called it ‘Lab‘which is something like the abbreviation of our '.Recipe laboratory‘.
It is a space in which different professional cooks They will share with all of you their tricks in the kitchen and new recipes in which one of the surprise ingredients is nougat in its different varieties.
We open the section with the collaboration of the chef and bartender Santi GomezThe recipe for this dish is based on the recipe of the chef, who teaches us three suggestive dishes, easy to make, and very fresh to surprise our guests in these summer months.
A salmon and pineapple tartar with toasted yolk nougat Pablo Garrigós Ibáñeza vegetarian pesto of nougat from Jijona liquid Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez and, last but not least, a tuna and pear tartar with Alicante nougat Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez - from the Artisan Collection-.
The good thing about this new section is that it is very easy to consult. The recipes can be followed, step by step, via our videos - that last only 3 to 5 minutes - and we always find in a prominent place the ingredients we need to make the dish just like our cooks.
