This week we have been in the 33 Salón Gourmets from MadridThe most important Fair of Quality Food and Beverages in our country. We have occupied the stand 4E16 in Hall 4 of Ifematogether with other brands supported by the Spanish Luxury Association.
The truth is that the experience could not have been more positive. During four days, from April 8 to 11, thousands of people have passed by our counter asking for some of our products. It is noteworthy that the nougatIn fact, a sweet that is a priori pigeonholed in a certain time of the year, not only can be consumed all year round in a multitude of ways, but also occupies a more and more special place in the kitchens of the best chefs in the world.
An example is this Nougat sushiprepared by Fernando Martín, chef of Luxury Spain.
This is an original and healthy culinary creation in which the Jijona nougat liquid Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez has replaced rice and Nori seaweed has given way to delicious anchovies from the Bay of Biscay.
