Hand in hand with the Spanish Luxury Associationwe stayed from April 4 to 7 at the gourmet space at Alimentaria 2022. During these days we present all the variety of nougats, sweets and chocolates that make up the catalog of the company. Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez.
A specialized and demanding public
Once again, we are very pleased with the reception that visitors to the fair gave to all our proposals. In addition to seeing again most of our customers and distributors, both from inside and outside our country, we saw how many restaurants, cafes, nightclubs and other hospitality establishments showed great interest in many of our products.
In this sector in particular, we can highlight the great success of the fruitésthe chocolates of the Chocolate Vintage collection or the orangettes. Precisely, if something characterizes these small delicacies is that they are ideal to combine with many proposals:
- Accompaniment of a cocktail or a premium glass such as a gin and tonic.
- The dessert for a sophisticated and original menu.
- The sweet bite paired with an Italian or Viennese coffee.

Nougat, a star in its own right
In addition to the chocolates or the fruités, another of the great protagonists of our gourmet cornet at Alimentaria 2022 was, of course, the nougat. Especially, that of Jijona and that of Alicante. They are the classics, the most traditional. But they are surrounded by an aura of modernity that dazzles the most exquisite consumer.
All those who have approached our gourmet space have shown special interest in the process of making nougat. To all of them we have explained an open secret:
The key to the production of nougat lies in the raw material, especially the nougat. almond and the honey. The balance between both ingredients is what guarantees the characteristic flavor, smooth and at the same time intense.
