We have just returned from Alimentaria Barcelona and the experience could not have been more gratifying. We have been together with other Spanish luxury brands in the stand of Luxury Spainthe Spanish Luxury AssociationDuring these four days -from April 16 to 19- we have met with importers from all over the world with the intention of taking our brand, Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez, very soon to the 5 continents.
The years of experience and the constant support of customers and suppliers in our country give us the energy we need to expand in the international market and, in this sense, we are very satisfied because international ice cream companies have been very interested in making our products. gelato with authentic Jijona nougat, and that they have chosen ours, is an honor.
During the days of the event, we have focused mainly on promoting the brand Pablo Garrigós Ibáñezbecause our intention is to differentiate ourselves. There are many artisan producers of nougat, sweets and chocolates, but very few that reach such high levels of quality and innovation as ours.
The big surprise of this edition of Alimentaria has been given by the pairing. Yes, we have had the opportunity to work with cooks and chefs from the Tourism Center, and they have tested the Jijona nougat paste, obtaining spectacular results for avant-garde cuisine.
We have discovered that Jijona nougat is a very versatile element and combines very well with almost any other ingredient: blue cheese, partridge, suckling pig, Iberian ham and - oh, my god - with caviar!!!!
