Sbriciolare i biscotti, quindi sbucciare e tagliare a cubetti il mango.<br \/>\nMettere da parte questi ingredienti, lavare i frutti di bosco e tritare il torrone Jijona IGP.<\/p>\n<p>Successivamente, tagliare il foie a fette, salare e pepare e grigliare per qualche secondo con un po' di olio d'oliva. Frullare il foie gras con la gelatina e ridurlo a una pasta liscia.<br \/>\nAggiungere il torrone Jijona alla crema ottenuta e ungere degli stampi con il burro.<\/p>\n<p>Riempirli con la crema e lasciarli raffreddare in frigorifero.<\/p>\n<p>Trascorso il tempo, togliere dallo stampo e ricoprire con i biscotti Maria sbriciolati.<br \/>\nNon resta che impiattare, decorando con il mango, i
