Ce rendez-vous bisannuel des professionnels est c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 dans la ville de Cologne (Allemagne) depuis 1924 et, \u00e9dition apr\u00e8s \u00e9dition, il s'est impos\u00e9 comme la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence du secteur, le lieu o\u00f9 se rencontrent les meilleures marques et entreprises alimentaires du monde entier.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, cette ann\u00e9e, du 10 au 14 octobre, un total de 6 777 exposants de 100 pays du monde entier se sont r\u00e9unis dans leurs installations (284 000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s, ni plus ni moins). En outre, plus de 155 000 professionnels sont pass\u00e9s par chacun d'entre eux pour tester, d\u00e9couvrir et go\u00fbter les d\u00e9lices et les nouveaut\u00e9s propos\u00e9s par chacun des exposants pr\u00e9sents.<\/p>\n<p>Ce fut donc un privil\u00e8ge d'avoir l'opportunit\u00e9 de participer et d'\u00eatre pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 cette foire internationale avec une s\u00e9lection compl\u00e8te et vari\u00e9e de tous nos produits. Ces quatre jours ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s intenses, au cours desquels nous avons propos\u00e9 nos chocolats, fruit\u00e9s, nougats et confiseries traditionnelles, toujours produits avec les meilleures mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res.
