Nous, le nougat et les sucreries <a href=\"http:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/fr\/\">Pablo Garrig\u00f3s Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez<\/a>l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, nous \u00e9tions l\u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re avec <a href=\"http:\/\/comercialgarrigosjornet.es\/\">Commercial Garrig\u00f3s Jornet<\/a>Nous avons pu constater par nous-m\u00eames le grand int\u00e9r\u00eat suscit\u00e9 par la fusion du nougat dans la cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis, des dizaines de restaurateurs et de professionnels nous demandent chaque jour de leur fournir plus de... <strong>nougat liquide pour la cuisson<\/strong> leurs recettes.<\/p>\n<p>C'est pourquoi, afin de vous permettre d'apprendre de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de cuisiner le nougat, nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 il y a quelques mois la rubrique <a href=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/es\/lab\/\"><strong>Section LAB<\/strong><\/a> sur ce site avec quatre des recettes initiales du chef <strong>Santi G\u00f3mez<\/strong>ma\u00eetre dans l'incorporation de la <strong>nougat<\/strong> dans les plats et les cocktails les plus vari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>De nombreux chefs ont profit\u00e9 des avantages de l'inspiration du nougat, comme par exemple\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/canalcocina.es\/cocinero\/sergio-fernandez\">Sergio Fern\u00e1ndez<\/a>l'un des chefs \u00e9toil\u00e9s de la <strong>Cooking Channel<\/strong>ou le tr\u00e8s <strong>Quique Dacosta<\/strong>avec trois <strong>\u00c9toiles Michelin<\/strong> \u00e0 son actif.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, son plat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diariodeungloton.com\/quique-dacosta-la-frontera-mas-alla\/\">\"Nougat aux amandes<\/a>inspir\u00e9 par la chute de la fleur d'arbre et cr\u00e9\u00e9 en pensant \u00e0 la d\u00e9saisonnalisation du nougat, a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'une des cr\u00e9ations phares du salon. <strong>Gastronomie d'Alicante<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons \u00e9galement constat\u00e9 que de nombreux jeunes clients souhaitent incorporer la consommation de diff\u00e9rents types de nougat dans leurs cr\u00e9ations culinaires, au-del\u00e0 de la p\u00e9riode de No\u00ebl. <strong>Le nougat a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9plac\u00e9<\/strong>.
