Nous avons particip\u00e9, avec d'autres marques de luxe espagnoles, au stand de l'Union europ\u00e9enne. <strong>Espagne de luxe<\/strong>les <a href=\"http:\/\/www.luxuryspain.es\/\">Association espagnole du luxe<\/a>Pendant ces quatre jours -du 16 au 19 avril- nous avons rencontr\u00e9 des importateurs du monde entier avec l'intention d'amener notre marque, Pablo Garrig\u00f3s Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez, tr\u00e8s bient\u00f4t sur les 5 continents.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Alimentaria-3.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1346 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Alimentaria-3-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"Alimentaria 3\" width=\"359\" height=\"238\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Les ann\u00e9es d'exp\u00e9rience et le soutien constant des clients et des fournisseurs de notre pays nous donnent l'\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire pour nous d\u00e9velopper sur le march\u00e9 international et, en ce sens, nous sommes tr\u00e8s satisfaits car les entreprises internationales de cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e sont tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par la fabrication de la cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e. <strong>gelato<\/strong> avec de l'authentique nougat de Jijona, et c'est un honneur qu'ils aient choisi le n\u00f4tre.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant les jours de l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement, nous nous sommes principalement concentr\u00e9s sur la promotion de la marque. <strong>Pablo Garrig\u00f3s Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez<\/strong>car notre intention est de nous diff\u00e9rencier. Il existe de nombreux producteurs artisanaux de nougat, de bonbons et de chocolats, mais tr\u00e8s peu atteignent des niveaux de qualit\u00e9 et d'innovation aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9s que les n\u00f4tres.<\/p>\n<p>La grande surprise de cette \u00e9dition de <strong>Alimentation<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9e par l'association. Oui, nous avons eu l'occasion de travailler avec des cuisiniers et des chefs du Centre de tourisme, et ils ont test\u00e9 la p\u00e2te de nougat de Jijona, obtenant des r\u00e9sultats spectaculaires pour une cuisine d'avant-garde.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons d\u00e9couvert que le nougat de Jijona est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment tr\u00e8s polyvalent et qu'il se combine tr\u00e8s bien avec presque tous les autres ingr\u00e9dients : fromage bleu, perdrix, cochon de lait, jambon ib\u00e9rique et - oh, mon Dieu - caviar !!!!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Alimentaria-0.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1344 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Alimentaria-0-300x280.jpg\" alt=\"Maridaje Turr\u00f3n de Jijona Pablo Garrig\u00eds Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez y Caviar Nacarii en Alimentaria Barcelona 2018\" width=\"306\" height=\"286\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">P\u00e2te de nougat Jijona ou <strong>nougat liquide<\/strong> <strong>Pablo Garrig\u00f3s Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez<\/strong> est l'un des meilleurs du march\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa composition \u00e9lev\u00e9e en amandes marcona (74%) et en miel de fleur d'oranger (17%), ce qui le diff\u00e9rencie des autres produits similaires.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Nous sommes \u00e9galement fiers de constater le succ\u00e8s d'autres produits et gammes, comme notre ligne de chocolats. <a href=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/fr\/tpg\/catalogos\/chocolates-vintage.pdf\/\">Chocolat vintage<\/a>ou le<a href=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/es\/producto\/chocolate-con-leche-y-turron-de-jijona-artisan-collection-220g\/\"> Nougat Jijona avec p\u00e9pites de chocolat<\/a>la barre parfaite pour les amateurs de nougat classique et de chocolat au lait : 2 en 1 !!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Alimentaria-11.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1353 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Alimentaria-11-300x239.jpg\" alt=\"Alimentaria 1\" width=\"300\" height=\"239\" \/><\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nous venons de rentrer d'Alimentaria Barcelona et l'exp\u00e9rience n'aurait pas pu \u00eatre plus gratifiante.
