And all with the help of the chef <strong>Santi Gomez<\/strong>The following is a simple and easy-to-understand guide that will explain the steps to be followed.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients for the nougat ice cream<\/h2>\n<p>This is all you need for the recipe. As you will see, there are very few ingredients that are easy to buy in any store:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>650 gr. whole milk<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>80 gr. orange blossom honey<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>70 gr. panela<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>200 gr. of Jijona nougat by Pablo Garrig\u00f3s Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Step by step recipe<\/h2>\n<p>Once you have everything you need on the kitchen table, it's time to get down to work:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Add the milk and orange blossom honey to a saucepan.<\/li>\n<li>Adds panela, which is healthier than sugar and provides a more toasted flavor.<\/li>\n<li>With a blender, mix the ingredients while giving the saucepan a point of heat.<\/li>\n<li>Once the mixture is integrated, introduce the nougat little by little while whisking.<\/li>\n<li>After reaching a temperature close to boiling point, let it stand until it has cooled down.<\/li>\n<li>Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about eight hours.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>But the recipe is not finished yet.
