A trip that takes us to the most important national and international food and gastronomy fair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hand in hand with the <a href=\"https:\/\/luxuryspain.es\/\">Spanish Luxury Association<\/a>we stayed from April 4 to 7 at the <strong>gourmet space at Alimentaria 2022<\/strong>. During these days we present all the variety of nougats, sweets and chocolates that make up the catalog of the company. <a href=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/es\/\">Pablo Garrig\u00f3s Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A specialized and demanding public<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once again, we are very pleased with the reception that visitors to the fair gave to all our proposals. In addition to seeing again most of our customers and distributors, both from inside and outside our country, we saw how many restaurants, cafes, nightclubs and other hospitality establishments showed great interest in many of our products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this sector in particular, we can highlight the great success of the <a href=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/es\/producto\/fruites-8-variedades-250-g\/\">fruit\u00e9s<\/a>the <a href=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/es\/producto\/bombones-de-almendra-6-variedades-250-g-2\/\">chocolates<\/a> of the Chocolate Vintage collection or the <a href=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/es\/producto\/orangettes-chocolate-fondant-120-g\/\"><em>orangettes<\/em><\/a>. Precisely, if something characterizes these small delicacies is that they are ideal to combine with many proposals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Accompaniment of a <strong>cocktail<\/strong> or a premium glass such as a <em><strong>gin and tonic<\/strong><\/em>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The dessert for a sophisticated and original menu.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The sweet bite paired with an Italian or Viennese coffee.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We are proud to see how the gourmet market treats nougats, chocolates and sweets with affection. <strong>Pablo Garrig\u00f3s Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/cara-gourmet-de-alimentaria-2022-pablo-garrigos.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/cara-gourmet-de-alimentaria-2022-pablo-garrigos-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Turrones Pablo Garrig\u00f3s la cara gourmet de Alimentaria 2022\" class=\"wp-image-3719\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nougat, a star in its own right<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the chocolates or the fruit\u00e9s, another of the great protagonists of our gourmet cornet at Alimentaria 2022 was, of course, the <strong>nougat<\/strong>. Especially, that of <a href=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/es\/producto\/turron-de-jijona-delicatessen-300-g\/\">Jijona<\/a> and that of <a href=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/es\/producto\/turron-de-alicante-delicatessen-300-g\/\">Alicante<\/a>. They are the classics, the most traditional. But they are surrounded by an aura of modernity that dazzles the most exquisite consumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All those who have approached our gourmet space have shown special interest in the process of making nougat. To all of them we have explained an open secret:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The key to the production of nougat lies in the raw material, especially the nougat. <strong>almond<\/strong> and the <strong>honey<\/strong>.
