{"id":1243,"date":"2020-08-24T14:42:45","date_gmt":"2020-08-24T12:42:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/anade-turron-a-tu-receta-y-triunfa\/"},"modified":"2020-08-24T14:42:45","modified_gmt":"2020-08-24T12:42:45","slug":"anade-turron-a-tu-receta-y-triunfa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/en\/anade-turron-a-tu-receta-y-triunfa\/","title":{"rendered":"Add nougat to your recipe and succeed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Some say that <strong>cooking is an act of love<\/strong>and even more so in a context where a lunch or dinner is equivalent to moments of happiness with your loved ones.<\/p>\n<p>It is customary to gather around a good rice dish, a barbecue or a <strong>any traditional dish<\/strong> where taking care of the ingredients will bring you closer to success.<\/p>\n<p>Our recommendation today is <strong>nougat<\/strong>a product that we know very well and that you can buy at any time of the year, even in the summer. <a href=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/es\/tienda\/\">online in our shop<\/a> to be shipped to your beach house or to the mountains.<\/p>\n<p>Who doesn't like nougat?<\/p>\n<p>Its unique flavor, based on natural ingredients such as almonds and honey, combines easily with a multitude of sweet and savory preparations.<\/p>\n<p>Ice creams, creams, cakes or even salads, puff pastries and canap\u00e9s find in nougat a flavor that, for sure, will make you succeed.<\/p>\n<p>But not just any nougat is enough to achieve success. The nougat in your recipes must have the seal of quality endorsed by the <a href=\"http:\/\/jijona.com\">Regulatory Council IGP Jijona and Turr\u00f3n de Alicante.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I'm sure it's not hard for you to think of several <strong>recipes with nougat<\/strong> but we propose a savory recipe to make a difference: <strong>Foie and nougat mousse<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Did you know that foie gras is one of the four aces of world gastronomy, together with caviar, truffles and Iberian ham?<\/p>\n<p>Well, if, in addition, it is merged with another great reference as the <strong>Jijona nougat<\/strong> the result is deliciously incredible \ud83d\ude0d.<\/p>\n<p>Let's get to the recipe! Take note of the ingredients, for 4 people:<br \/>\n- 250 gr of fresh duck foie<br \/>\n- 100 gr of nougat Jijona IGP<br \/>\n- \u00bd handle<br \/>\n- 5 Maria cookies<br \/>\n- 5 sheets of gelatin<br \/>\n- 10 raspberries<br \/>\n- 15 blueberries<br \/>\n- 1 mint leaf<br \/>\n- Butter<br \/>\n- One tablespoon of olive oil<br \/>\n- Salt<br \/>\n- Pepper<\/p>\n<p>The first thing to do is to soak the gelatin in cold water. Crumble the cookies, then peel and dice the mango.<br \/>\nReserve these ingredients and wash the fruits of the forest and chop the Jijona IGP nougat.<\/p>\n<p>Next, cut the foie into slices, season with salt and pepper and grill for a few seconds with a little olive oil. We beat the foie with the gelatin and grind it until we obtain a homogeneous mass.<br \/>\nAdd the Jijona nougat to the resulting cream and grease some molds with butter.<\/p>\n<p>Fill them with the cream and let them cool in the refrigerator.<\/p>\n<p>After the time has elapsed, unmold and coat with the crumbled Maria cookies.<br \/>\nAll that remains is to plate, decorating with the mango, berries and mint.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy your meal!<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Some say that cooking is an act of love, especially in a context in which a lunch or dinner is equivalent to moments of happiness with your loved ones.
