This week has been a week of events<\/strong>. We have gone from welcoming the summer<\/strong> -on June 21 - to celebrate the St. John's Eve<\/strong> and, the next day, fly to Paris<\/strong> and participate in the gourmet show Le monde de l'\u00e9picerie fine.<\/a><\/p>\n

The experience has been intense but very rewarding. That our nougats, chocolates and fruit\u00e9s<\/strong> The fact that the choice of a quality gourmet product is not a question of the calendar but of good taste fills us with energy and shows us that choosing a gourmet product is not a question of the calendar but of good taste.<\/p>\n

The sense of taste<\/strong> has always been our philosophy. Good taste in selecting our recipes, good taste in choosing our ingredients, good taste in designing our packaging, good taste in presenting our products and good taste, of course, in choosing them!<\/p>\n

It is a privilege that you choose us to be a part of your celebrations, not only in Christmas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We are very proud when you tag us in your social networks<\/a> and show us how much your guests enjoyed your selection. Or how good they feel after a hard day of work or stress.<\/p>\n

You have told us about it this past June 24 at\u00a0\u00a0Le monde de l'\u00e9picerie fine\u00a0<\/a>And we loved it!<\/p>\n

We have to recognize that when we launch a new recipe or design a new product, we don't think about whether it will sell more or less, better or worse. We think about when, how and with whom<\/strong> you can share it.<\/p>\n

It is a dream to think that it will be part of your picnic on the beach on the night of San Juan, of the sweet table of your wedding or will be present at the after-dinner conversation every day.<\/p>\n

In fact, this is the sense of taste: to be able to enjoy at every moment what makes us happiest. That's all.<\/p>\n
