From here we would like to thank both the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gva.es\/va\/inicio\/presentacion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Generalitat<\/a><\/strong> as well as to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.costablanca.org\/ESP\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tourist Board <strong>Costa Blanca<\/strong><\/a>and the City Council of <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jijonaturismo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Xixona<\/a><\/strong>your trust in us, for having chosen us as ambassadors of the <strong>nougat<\/strong>to show how the best natural and artisan nougats are made to the world, with a history of more than 500 years that guarantees its quality and tradition.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Showcooking-Pablo-Garrigos-Ibanez-Fitur-2.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1255 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Showcooking-Pablo-Garrigos-Ibanez-Fitur-2-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Showcooking Pablo Garrigos Iba\u00f1ez Fitur 2\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>During the <strong>showcooking<\/strong> that took place on January 19th, Pablo Garrig\u00f3s defended that Xixona is the most important <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/jijona.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cradle of nougat<\/a><\/strong>The sweetest place in the world, it is also the place where the Christmas candy par excellence was invented. He also explained that our company, <a href=\"http:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Turrones y Dulces Pablo Garrig\u00f3s Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez<\/a>The company is now in its fourth generation of nougat makers and we are essentially involved in the production of premium nougats for the <strong>gourmet market <\/strong>where quality is the main value.<\/p>\n<p>Pablo Garrig\u00f3s Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez nougats are essentially composed of <strong>almonds<\/strong> Marcona and Comuna types, cultivated in the Mediterranean basin, and the honey is obtained from honeycombs in the Valencian community, as they are mainly from orange blossom and rosemary, two flavors that give our nougats one of their distinctive touches.<\/p>\n<p>Pablo defended during his speech the values of nougat as a good accompaniment to the highest gastronomy, as it is a natural ingredient that combines perfectly, not only <a href=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Showcooking-Pablo-Garrigos-Ibanez-Fitur-4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1257 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/pablogarrigos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Showcooking-Pablo-Garrigos-Ibanez-Fitur-4-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Showcooking Pablo Garrigos Iba\u00f1ez Fitur 4\" width=\"307\" height=\"230\" \/><\/a>as a dessert in sweet dishes, but also with meat, fish, pasta, rice, foie gras, cheese, cold meats and salads.
