Our company is part of the Regulatory Board of the Protected Geographical Indication of Jijona and Turron of Alicante, which every year verifies through demanding controls that all members meet the required quality standards they need to carry the label of Jijona and Alicante in their respective nougats.
Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez not only has passed these tests, but he also obtained a global mark of 9,1 achieving the maximum grade possible (10) for the Jijona turron of Premium and Delicatessen lines and earning an overall qualification of EXCELLENT. We are very proud to be able to offer our clients such a high quality nougat.
